What is your return policy?
If you decide to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, just ship it back to us in unopened and brand new condition within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a refund. If you purchased your order with FREE SHIPPING, we will deduct original shipping charges from the amount you paid.
If Vapors & Things security label on the package is broken your order, it is not returnable. RMA number is required for all returns. To get RMA and return instructions please contact to us.
How do I return something?

What if my shipment contains missing or damaged product?
